With over 20 years of experience in software and telecommunication companies, John has extensive business development and product marketing experience working with both early-stage and mature organizations. Mr. Hird served as General Manager and Vice President of Operational Support Systems for Alcatel and was responsible for Alcatel USA OSS business unit.
