While Showtime is not a bad album and I am a bit regretful that I missed that show in Detroit, a much better live album is Full House. Recorded in 1972 at the Grande Ballroom. Full House is a much grittier R&B Geils6' band than the 80s pop group of Centerfold fame (although the members were the same)Check out my review of Full House "triphasic phase
