In contrast to the newer Christmas CD (Is It Christmas Yet?), Christmas The Hymns is all Traditional Christmas Carols, classic Hymn favorites, performed in a more modern, Pop or Smooth Jazz style. Like most of the Pop CDs today, Christmas The Hymns employed extensive computer sequencing and lots of Keyboards performed by Jazz giant, Rob Mullins to accompany Mr. Vail. The finished product is very polished and beautiful, Instrumental Pop CD, and features Flute, Alto Flute, Soprano Sax and Alto Saxophone.
